Meet Your Charlotte, North Carolina Chapter President 

My name is Dametra “Dee,” and I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am 36 years old, a proud wife and stay-at-home mom of three boys. My journey into advocacy and community building became deeply personal after my son was diagnosed with autism in July 2022. 

As an autism mom, I understand how overwhelming and isolating this journey can sometimes feel. Through my own experiences, I realized how important it is for moms to have support, encouragement, and genuine connection.

My vision is to create a welcoming community where women can have fun, enjoy good vibes, build meaningful friendships, and show up as their authentic selves outside of the many roles they carry every day. I want every woman who joins to feel supported, encouraged, valued, and connected to a sisterhood that truly feels like home.

As the President of the Charlotte Chapter, I am excited to build a community that reflects the heart of the Queen City—a place where queens can thrive. My goal is to create a welcoming space where women can step outside of their daily responsibilities, embrace authentic connection, enjoy good vibes, and be reminded of their worth, strength, and purpose.
