Auesomely You Sisterhood™ is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, community-minded women who are passionate about creating safe spaces for autism moms, special needs moms, caregivers, and advocates.

Starting a chapter is more than leadership — it’s about creating connection, support, meaningful experiences, and real community within your city.

Auesomely You Sisterhood™ is expanding across the country, and we’re looking for compassionate, community-minded women who are passionate about creating meaningful connection, emotional support, and safe spaces for autism moms, special needs moms, caregivers, and advocates.

This is more than a leadership opportunity.
It’s an opportunity to help women feel seen, heard, supported, and poured into within their own city.

We are currently seeking women interested in serving as:

Chapter Presidents
Co-Presidents
Leadership Team Members

WHAT DOES A CHAPTER LEADER DO?

Chapter Leaders help create welcoming, emotionally safe, and community-centered experiences within their local chapter.

Leadership responsibilities may include:

Coordinating occasional gatherings and meetups
Supporting communication within the chapter
Encouraging connection and inclusion among members
Helping organize wellness-centered experiences
Creating positive and welcoming environments
Supporting the mission and values of Auesomely You Sisterhood™

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Each chapter may create experiences such as:

Mom meetups
Wellness nights
Coffee & conversation gatherings
Advocacy workshops
Support circles
Family-friendly events
Sisterhood socials
Moms & Matcha™
Community-centered experiences

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Auesomely You Sisterhood™ leadership positions are volunteer-based and unpaid at this time.

Leadership is rooted in service, community, connection, and helping create emotionally safe spaces for women navigating unique journeys.

All leadership applicants must:

Complete the leadership application process
Participate in a conversation with the Founder or National Leadership Team
Sign leadership agreements upon approval
Align with the organization’s mission, values, and culture

Leadership approval is not guaranteed and all applicants are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with the community and organization.

Leadership Within Auesomely You Sisterhood *

I understand that Chapter President and Co-President roles within Auesomely You Sisterhood™ are volunteer, unpaid leadership positions that require a minimum one-year commitment in order to help create consistency, emotional safety, healthy chapter growth, and meaningful community experiences. I understand leadership requires professionalism, communication, active participation, kindness, teamwork, and positive representation of the organization. I agree to communicate directly with the Founder or National Leadership Team if I ever need support, guidance, or need to transition out of my role. I also understand that after submitting this application, a member of the Founder or National Leadership Team may contact me for a conversation regarding my interest in starting and leading a chapter within Auesomely You Sisterhood™
