Welcome to Auesomely You Sisterhood™
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ is a community-centered social club created for autism moms, special needs moms, caregivers, advocates, and women seeking authentic connection, emotional support, empowerment, healing, and sisterhood.
These Membership Terms, Community Guidelines & Participation Agreement exist to protect the emotional safety, integrity, leadership, members, events, and mission of the Sisterhood as we continue to grow.
By joining, participating in, accessing, attending, or maintaining membership within Auesomely You Sisterhood™, you agree to the following terms.
1. WHO WE ARE
“Auesomely You Sisterhood™,” “Sisterhood,” “organization,” “community,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Auesomely You Sisterhood™, its Founder, National Leadership Team, Chapter Leadership, volunteers, moderators, representatives, affiliates, contractors, and approved community platforms.
“You,” “member,” and “participant” refers to any person participating in:

2. OUR MISSION
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ was created to provide meaningful connection, community, emotional support, empowerment, and sisterhood for autism moms, special needs moms, caregivers, advocates, and women navigating life while carrying extraordinary responsibilities.

We believe women deserve spaces where they feel seen, heard, celebrated, supported, and safe.
3. COMMUNITY POSITIONING
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ is a social club and community organization.
We are not:

A therapy practice
-
A medical provider
-
A mental health facility
-
A crisis response service
-
A legal advocacy organization
-
A licensed counseling center
-
A government agency
-
A childcare provider
While emotional support, encouragement, and connection naturally occur within the Sisterhood, members understand the organization is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, or emergency services.
Members are encouraged to seek licensed professionals whenever appropriate.
4. MEMBERSHIP EXPECTATIONS
By joining Auesomely You Sisterhood™, members agree to:

Treat others with kindness and respect

Respect different parenting journeys and life experiences

Maintain integrity online and offline

Contribute positively to the community

Respect emotional boundaries

Avoid disruptive behavior

Support the mission of the organization

Follow event guidelines and leadership instructions

Communicate respectfully with leadership and fellow members
-
Respect confidentiality within the community
Members understand that sisterhood requires emotional maturity, accountability, compassion, and mutual respect.
5. ZERO-TOLERANCE COMMUNITY POLICY
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or removal:

Bullying

Hate speech

Racism

Ableism

Threats

Verbal abuse

Cyberbullying

Public shaming

Gossip campaigns

Intimidation

Retaliation

Hazing

Doxxing

Sharing private member information

Defamation

Unsafe conduct

Stalking

Sexual harassment

Disruptive behavior

Manipulation

Creating division within the community

“Mean girl” behavior
-
Creating fake accounts to monitor or disrupt the organization
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ reserves the right to determine whether behavior violates community standards.
6. MEMBERSHIP DUES & PAYMENTS
Membership dues support:

Community programming

Events
-
Chapter operations
-
Administrative systems
-
Digital platforms
-
Guest speakers
-
Educational resources
-
Leadership development
-
Branding and media
-
Operational expenses
Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled.
Members are responsible for:

Maintaining valid payment methods
-
Updating billing information
-
Ensuring successful payment processing
Failure to maintain payment may result in:
-
Membership deactivation
-
Removal from digital spaces
-
Removal from chapters
-
Loss of event access
-
Loss of membership privileges
Membership dues are non-transferable and generally non-refundable.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Members may cancel membership at any time through the designated membership platform or support process.
To avoid additional charges, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle.
Unless otherwise required by law or approved by leadership, membership dues are non-refundable.
If membership is revoked due to misconduct, policy violations, harassment, disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or community violations, no refunds, reimbursements, credits, or compensation shall be issued.
8. EVENTS, EXPERIENCES & PARTICIPATION

Retreats

Conferences
-
Wellness events
-
Virtual gatherings

Networking events

Workshops
-
Sisterhood Sessions™
-
Community experiences

Chapter events
Participation in all activities is voluntary.
Members understand and agree that:

They participate at their own discretion and risk
-
They are responsible for their own transportation, health, safety, belongings, and personal decisions
-
The organization is not responsible for disputes between attendees
-
The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property
-
Public venues and third-party spaces are outside the organization’s direct control
Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
9. CHILD SAFETY & PARENT RESPONSIBILITY
Many members are parents and caregivers, and some events may welcome children when specifically stated.
However:

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their own children at all times
-
Chapter leaders, volunteers, moderators, and national leadership are not childcare providers or babysitters
-
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ does not assume responsibility for supervising minors
-
Sensory-friendly environments do not constitute medical supervision or therapeutic care
The organization is not liable for:
-
Injuries involving children
-
Child supervision issues
-
Behavioral incidents
-
Accidents involving minors
-
Child-to-child interactions
Parents participate with children at their own responsibility and discretion.
10. MEDICAL & MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Conversations within Auesomely You Sisterhood™ may involve:

Disability experiences
-

Parenting stress

Mental health discussions

Emotional wellness

Advocacy

Trauma-related conversations
Members acknowledge:

Information shared within the community is for support and educational purposes only
-
The organization does not provide medical, therapeutic, psychiatric, or legal advice
-
No member, volunteer, chapter leader, or representative is acting as a licensed provider unless explicitly stated independently of the organization
If a member is experiencing a crisis, emergency, or mental health emergency, they should immediately contact licensed professionals or emergency services.
11. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in Auesomely You Sisterhood™, members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in:

Meetups
-
Online communities

Travel
-
Networking
-
Emotional discussions
-
Virtual sessions
-
Third-party venues
Members release and hold harmless Auesomely You Sisterhood™, its Founder, leadership teams, volunteers, representatives, moderators, contractors, chapters, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from claims involving:

Injury
-
Illness
-
Accidents
-
Property damage
-
Emotional distress
-
Personal disputes
-
Third-party conduct
-
Venue-related incidents
-
Participation-related risks
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. LEADERSHIP PROTECTION CLAUSE
Chapter Presidents, Co-Presidents, moderators, volunteers, and National Leadership serve in community leadership capacities.
They shall not be personally liable for:

Member disputes

Event incidents
-
Injuries
-
Organizational decisions
-
Emotional disagreements
-
Third-party conduct
-
Participation-related incidents
-
Community conflicts
-
Scheduling changes
-
Volunteer actions performed in good faith
Leadership decisions are made in the best interest of the organization, community wellbeing, and operational stability.
13. CHAPTER STRUCTURE & NATIONAL OVERSIGHT
All chapters operate under the Auesomely You Sisterhood™ brand and national organizational structure.
National leadership reserves the right to:

Approve chapters

Remove chapters
-
Reassign leadership
-
Modify chapter structures
-
Transition leadership
-
Dissolve chapters
-
Pause operations
-
Modify organizational systems
Chapter leaders may not:
-
Operate as independent organizations using the Sisterhood name
-
Rebrand official materials
-
Create unauthorized organizations using the Sisterhood structure
-
Misrepresent themselves as owners of the organization
All branding, systems, and chapter structures remain property of Auesomely You Sisterhood™.
14. DIGITAL COMMUNITY & MODERATION RIGHTS
The organization may utilize:

Discord
-
Facebook groups
-
Group chats
-
Online forums
-
Community platforms
-
Video platforms
-
Text groups
-
Membership systems
Leadership and moderators reserve the right to:

Remove posts
-
Remove members
-
Mute participants
-
Restrict access
-
Monitor conversations for safety
-
Enforce community guidelines
Members understand participation in digital spaces is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.
15. NO RECORDING / CONTENT MISUSE POLICY
To protect emotional safety and confidentiality:
Members may not:

Secretly record conversations
-
Screenshot private discussions for public use
-
Share member-only content publicly
-
Leak Zoom links or private group information
-
Repost confidential discussions without permission
Unauthorized distribution of community content may result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
16. MEDIA RELEASE & CONTENT USAGE
By participating in events or community activities, members acknowledge that photos, videos, recordings, interviews, testimonials, or live footage may be captured.
Members grant Auesomely You Sisterhood™ permission to use:

Video footage

Name
-
Likeness
-
Testimonials
-
Social handles
for:

Marketing
-
Editorial
-
Social media
-
Website
-
Promotional
-
Educational
-
Community purposes
unless otherwise requested in writing.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Auesomely You Sisterhood™ materials are protected intellectual property, including but not limited to:

Logos

Branding
-
Graphics
-
Event concepts
-
Chapter systems
-
Training materials
- Blankets & Breakthroughs
- Sisterhood & Support
-
Educational resources
-
Sisterhood Sessions™
-
Membership structures
-
Website content
-
Digital assets
-
Community systems
-
Organizational language and slogans
Members may not reproduce, sell, alter, distribute, duplicate, or misuse organizational property without written permission.
18. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE
Membership in Auesomely You Sisterhood™ does not guarantee:

Friendships
-
Business opportunities
-
Sponsorships
-
Visibility
-
Clients
-
Leadership positions
-
Speaking opportunities
-
Collaborations
-
Media exposure
-
Event invitations
-
Partnerships
The organization makes no guarantees regarding personal, emotional, financial, social, or professional outcomes.
19. ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ strives to create welcoming and inclusive environments whenever reasonably possible.
However:

Accommodations may vary by venue, location, event type, or resources available
-
Certain environments may contain sensory triggers beyond organizational control
-
Members are encouraged to communicate accommodation needs in advance whenever possible
The organization cannot guarantee all accommodations at every event or location.
20. SAFETY & EMERGENCY RESPONSE
The organization reserves the right to:

Remove unsafe individuals

Deny event access
-
Contact authorities
-
End participation
-
Restrict communication
-
Protect member safety
in situations involving:

Threats
-
Violence
-
Harassment
-
Stalking
-
Crisis behavior
-
Unsafe conduct

Emergency concerns
Community safety will always take priority.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Venue issues

Pandemics

Technical failures
-
Illness
-
Travel disruptions

Government restrictions

Speaker cancellations

Natural disasters
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first attempt to be resolved internally and respectfully before formal legal action is pursued whenever reasonably possible.
23. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Community Guidelines as the organization evolves.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
24. FINAL COMMUNITY STATEMENT
Auesomely You Sisterhood™ was created with heart, purpose, and intention.
This is more than a membership.
More than events.
More than a social club.
This is a space where women navigating extraordinary journeys can find connection, understanding, encouragement, advocacy, healing, and authentic sisterhood.
